I don't advocate deleting the BOV but it appears to be the latest fad.
Advantages?
On lift off or gear change you make a different noise more akin to a rally car if that is an advantage.
If the existing BOV is not performing satisfactorily you eliminate a problem area.

If you are going to delete the BOV the turbo has to be relatively tough because the air that would normally have been released by the BOV will now reverse momentarily to the turbo.

Are you running a vent to atmosphere or recirculating D.V. Then I will tell you the exact parts required. What front mount? (I assume)
And yes the SC46 is relatively hardy. Check with Kev @ ScoobyClinic however that he is happy for you to run with no DV before you do it.

Without a photograph this is getting messy. I assume your hard pipe to the throttle body has an aluminium spiggot about 36 diameter. If you have a silicon joiner on that all you need is a plug which I can supply. If you do not have the silicon joiner I can supply that too.
If you want to be absolutely sure send a photo to harveysmith1@btopenworld.com

I have a list of what I require, you many not have the APS part but I wonder if you have alternatives that I can use.

Bumper screws. Send me a stamped addressed envelope and I will send them out. Subject to what dump valve you go for you will not need a flange adaptor. Something like a Forge VTA for STi 3/4 and you don't need any adaptor.
Cannon Fodder: Hi. You have an email.

hi Harvey,
I need 2 blanking plugs and a hardpipe joiner, would I be right in thinking that is the requirement to blank off the recirc pipe from the OE recirc valve ( newage/blobeye ) and cap the spigot on the IC pipe? Also I have a VF35, would that be man enough to do this? This would be temporary until I can afford a DV.
Cheers, Tim.
Another thing is do you accept paypal?

Two blanking plugs and a silicon joiner with postage £27.50.
You need 3 jubilee clips. £1 if you don't have them.
Alternatively I can do you a Forge VTA BOV for £105 posted.

Any chance you can do a final pipe to throttle body with a boss for IAT sensor (I have the sensor)? For a 2002 Bug with the HDI FMIC.
