Hi guys as you all know JGM is coming to do remap session in newbridge near end of month,I'm thinking of giving ECUTex a miss and look for another kind of map,can anyone explain the different types of mapping that JGM is doing? Not sure what Apexi power FC custom mapping is

I'd suggest speaking to the mappers themselves so that they can run through the various options and limitations.
Mapping has come a long way in recent years they are the guys with the up to date knowledge.

Cheers Kev just so many different types of remapping that it spins my head out lol.. I'm new to all this and I'm doing what the guys on here have advised like getting better injectors and looking for remap,just don't like the ECUTex license thing that's why I'm looking at other options? Thats correct you can only get secondhand ones

They have dropped back down again now. See the odd new old stock one on ebay for silly money. Still a good ecu, but a little dated, shame they stopped making them really.

I'll be selling my V5/6 Apexi when I get my Alcatek fitted no commander unfortunately but still a great ECU !
