Default One way to Ceramic Coat your Headers, Up/Down Pipes & Turbo!!

Received confirmation earlier today that my Exhaust Headers, Up & Down Pipes and Turbo have now been Ceramic coated and coloured! Let me know what you think.

I must express my thanks to Chy at Pennine Subaru who came up with the whole idea and am sure with the ceramic coating it will help the overall performance of my scoob!

Trying to do a blue colour theme.....colour is fairly close with that of the Vernier Pulleys.

Hi m8 - no, it does not effect the longevity. The colouring is a pretty newish thing. The ceramic coating is carried out first followed by the colour spray. ultra Blue is one of the range of colours available. The colouring isn't that much extra but the asthetic pleasure is brill. Zircotec do provide a guarantee on their finishes.

Their turnaround time is generally 7-10 days - mine was spot on and less than 10 days.

Check Zircotec's website out. If you have any questions, speak to a Peter Wyman on 07968 707 419 and tell him you got his number from Jag.

Zircotec high temperature coatings, ceramic coatings, engine, automotive and motorsport, exhaust manifold and header coatings.
