Hi, I am trying to find the correct part number for the Ferodo DS2500 pads to fit the Wilwood 6-pot 'superlite' caliper, can't seem to find it anywhere:confused:
Cheers:)

If you look at the .pdf in the link above, theres a line drawing of the three or four possibilities.

Yeah I think the 501's look about right, but I have a feeling that they will be to thick to fit my calipers, think they can only take 16.5mm.
I had this problem before when I purchased the EBC 'Red Stuff' pads, the ones they said should be for the caliper didn't fit due to the pads being too thick. But they did manage to get the correct ones in the end.
These are the Wilwood pad dimensions to fit my calipers -

Suppose I could get the 'Red Stuff' again, but I kinda thought that the DS2500's would be a better pad, as they seem to get a good review!
Think I might have to contact Ferodo and see if they do a thinner version of the FRP501.

If you want to fit the Ferodo's ( I would they are a better chioce than the other ones ) , I can supply you a set , and machine them down to your required thickness for you , I have looked in the ferodo catalogue and they only list them at 20mm thick

Would you not get some of the Wilwood BP-10 'smart' pads, which I would assume fit straight on without need for cutting?
A GB was done a while back and I think the pad of choice was the BP-10 pad...
These are listed on Sonic's link above.

Cheers Ian, I'll get back to on that one.
I have had the BP10 pads initally when I got the brake kit, but I wasn't all that impressed with them tbh! They were okay, but I think Ferodo are the prefered choice, although I have never tried them yet.
Nothing's ever easy, I am even having to get brake pads machined down to fit now;)
Cheers guys!
P.S. would anyone happen to know where I can get seal kit's for these Calipers, might as well give them a quick overhaul:)
