Default Michelin, any good for track?

After buying some new ( second hand) wheels, prodrive 18" for the car i stuck a set of Michelin pilot sports on them, i have to say appart from being bloody expensive they give massive grip and confidence on the road so well chuffed. But, the road is the road and a track is a different ball game, i used to think my old toyo t1rs where good but on the track they bubbled up and gave an allmost confident slide effect, nice but needed more grip, has anyone abused these Michelin tyres around a track and if so what are your thoughts on them, all comments welcome .

They are awesome tyres, my brother had a set on his Evo (Pilot Sport 2).
I was impressed with them as a road tyre, wet or dry. He also did a few track days on them and they were just as good.
Very consistent grip levels, with a small amount of fade on a longer run as they get too hot. But for a road tyre they are really good.

I have used both Michelin Primacy and Sport and found them very good. I have T1R's on for road use only but have a set of Michelin's in the garage ready for the track.

Yes a very good tyres in both dry and wet. I've only used them in the wet on track as I use RE070/R888 in the dry but I found they had a lot of grip and when you reach the limit of grip they let go in very predictable manner.
